3 month ago my ebay acc has been suspended?

3 month ago my ebay acc has been suspended because my acc link to a suspended user which is my brother acc. I have been suspended for 1 year. Is there anything I can do to remove the suspension or at least reduce the suspension period

Nope. Chalk it up to poor judgment and be sure that your the only one using it thereafter. It is apparent that your brother has been up to no good.

Nope, they really an a** about it. But you can find good information on how to reopen another ebay account, I did.
Buy one of those pre pay credit card, I got mine from SIMON and register it from their website. You can put whatever name and address. I used my middle and last name and I opened a po box from my local post office for $20/yr. Use this credit card on ebay and paypal. Also open a new checking account and add it to your paypal account, make sure you verified the account. Just use the same name on your ebay. Last use aol to log in and do your ebay from there, oh also clean up your history, cookies and files. Hope this all helps.
