Ebay account suspended for 30 days. Must I appeal after 30 days or will it automatically recover itself?

I share an ebay account with a friend. And apparently he was shill bidding. The account was under my name so he doesn’t care much about the suspension or the outcome of the situation. So I was suspended for 30 days. It says you can appeal after that time, but after reading a few peoples’ blogs, they seem to be under the impression that their account will automatically recover with the appeal. I was wondering which is the case. Also within the 30 day period, I tried to create a new account and got caught. After being caught, do I still have the possibility of recovering my account or am I forever banned? After being caught, I received no email whatsoever so I am thinking that perhaps there was no consequence. Please help answer my two questions. 1) Will the account automatically recover? & 2) Do I still have the possibility of recovering my account even after getting caught for trying to create a new one? Any help please. Thanks

Quite frankly, I hope you are banned forever! E-bay doesn’t need people like your friend!

dont make more accounts, dont use ebay in any way during the 30 days or they will suspend you forever by linking the accounts.
after 30 days you have to fax them a reinstation form that you fill out and sign saying you wont do this again.
there are ways to make new accounts right away though :)
