I don’t know what to do?Is my ebay account permanently gone?

could I simply erase the account both ebay and paypal wait a week and make another one with the same credit card?

eBay does not suspend you for ONE unpaid item. I suspect it’s more like 3 or 4. Or 20.
You can get your account reinstated by paying for your stuff (by PayPal), then informing eBay you did. Creating a new account is a sure-fire guarantee that you will never get back on eBay.
eBay loves suspending accounts.
eBay will send you an email telling you the number of days you will be suspended. You will need to send your personal documents to eBay for your account to be reinstated.
I heard that there is a lot of hassle for account to be reinstated.
You cannot open another account as your account will be permanently suspended if you do so.
