ebay suspension, charged me money?

I bought some books from ebay by my credit card . it charged me the money and then the system blocked my account and sent me an email says the purchase was canceled, caused I didn’t pay the seller money. I sent they two requests to give me a reason. The shit thing is I didn’t get any reply or my money back . What should I do now?>

First of all, contact your credit card company and tell them what happened with the account to make sure that they don’t allow this transaction to go through. If it does get charged to your credit card, make sure you let the credit card company know what took place so you are not charged for something you didn’t receive. This isn’t the first time anyone has had problems with eBay! I’m not sure how they could have charged your account and then canceled the purchase. Make sure the charges were credited to your account if that’s what went down. That’s why I haven’t purchased anything from eBay in several years! You can get better prices on items by a little research and you can also get manufacturer’s warranties which you don’t get on eBay purchases! There’s too many crooks on eBay for me.
