Ok…someone please help me. So yesterday, I received an email from a "ebay user" who said they don’t know what kind of games I am playing but they were going to report me to Ebay based on my selling practices. The only problem? I DON’T SELL ANYTHING ON EBAY! I clicked on the link and it brought up someone that asked me to put in my info and I was like "um I am not doing this" so I closed the window. Today, I received an email from "Ebay" saying that my account has been suspended. Can someone explain?

it;’s all a scam, so I would contact eBay directly about this (NOT through the link in the letter)
Someone is trying to scam you out of your information — any of your information. Ebay has an entire section on recognizing and reporting scam emails. I’ll post the link in a second.

Also, see who the provider of the email service is and check out their site to see what their rules are for reporting these things. For example, for a Yahoo spoof email, you forward the entire email to mail-spoof@cc.yahoo-inc.com for them to look into it.
It’s definitely a scam, perpetrated by the phishers in charge of this nonsense. Here’s the link on how to report the message: http://pages.ebay.com/help/account/reporting-spoof.html#reporting
After that, get it spammed straight into oblivion right away. Remember Ebay doesn’t send you messages like that-that’s unless you have an account with them.
