the rotors are a waste of money, you have a crv…not a race car. Your brakes will work just fine as-is. If you are going to lower your crv remember that you will change the geometry of the suspension, new ball joints will be your next purchase. Also, make sure to get progressive rate springs(that will help with bumps), you need those to actually lower the car, not shocks and struts, so actually lowering will cost more than $1,000 with installation, unless you do it yourself. If anything i say save your money for now, modding cars is an expensive hobby…I know. You want to do stuff, but you dont really have enough money to pull it off properly. Good luck!
