It’s hard to tell exactly what type of blocks you have but here goes. If the blocks are a solid circle then they go above the coil springs but if they have a split they go in the spring between the coils. If they are the first then you need to jack up the truck and remove the tires, unhook the shocks and use a spring compressor or a porta-power to collapse the spring till you can get the spacer above it. Then reassemble. If they are the seco
nd type {split spacer} then jack up / unhook shocks but don’t compress the springs, instead allow them to "droop" and slide in the spacer. Then reassemble. P.S. Always use jack stands !!

Ive done numerous lifts before it is easy you have to undo all your body bolts to the frame,do them in sections, use two jacks on both sides of the vehicle, sections i mean do the front end first undo the body bolts jack it up put your spacers in,then replace with your longer bolts that came with the kit, then do the cab then do the bed,you will have to use extra parts that come with the kit like if its an auto trans, there be pieces to extend the shifter linkage,oh on final note if u have any wiring bolted to the frame make sure to unbolt it because it will not stretch lol
