how many people have problems with Ebay s customer service ?

I have been trying to deal with getting back on after a suspension but they are ridiculous after three months of writing them I’m no farther toward a settlrment then when I started and it came about by a fraud buyer lieing

There is NO Customer Service/Tech Support at eBay – period – that is unless you push the issue. Canned e-mail, Live Chat, and stock letter responses just don’t cut it, For a corporation of its magnitude, it is abysmal to say the least. But I have an eBay phone number list and a contact name, though my problem was different to yours . Be persistant until you get through to the right department to handle your problem.
