I PAYED ALL MY SELLING FEES BY PAYPAL.

This could be a scam – and when you click on their link, you get asked for your password or other details.
If this is genuine, it will appear on your ebay page. Go to my ebay, click messages, and if it isn’t there, it didn’t come from ebay.
I forward all suspicious emails to spoof@ebay.com. I certainly don’t answer them. I get an immediate acknowledgement that they are looking into the matter, and later I get another email telling me their findings. Invariably, I am told this is a "phishing" email. At that stage, I delete it.
