Long story short. I sold some items on ebay and then I have tried to withdraw my money to bank account. then my paypal got suspended. I can do nothing for it but just waiting to get my money back after six months. However, due to the suspension of paypal, I was unable to make a payment for ebay (fee of seller), so I just ignore it. However, I received a letter form ebay recently and they are asking me to make a payment by either check or money order. But I’m no longer using both the ebay and paypal account. Am I able to get my money back from paypal account if I didn’t pay for ebay？Please help!!!

Paypal is owned by eBay. They will try to claim differently, but they have illegally seized your funds, and now are asking you to pay more.
Start by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in San Jose http://sanjose.bbb.org/Home.aspx
Ebay has been known to resolve issues when their BBB rating is challenged.
You do not say why paypal has held your money, other than they want to earn interest on in for themselves.
I personally would not pay one cent while they have your money frozen.
Well, its your call, you don’t have to pay ebay their fees – as your pay pal account was suspended. I’m sure some other accounts are also closed now. If your Pay pal account is ever re-instated then I think Ebay will be the first to know. So I would just tell them to hurry Pay Pal up and then they will get their fees.
eBay owns PayPal.
Tell eBay that they will get paid when the problem with PayPal gets cleared up.
