Unpaid strike……on ebay?????

I was just wondering……..i won 2 items on ebay and i don’t want them anymore…….i contacted the seller and she’s not willing to compromise…….i told her the situation, but…yeah………..i know it’s bad on my part for committing to buy and all…….but i don’t want the items anymore………..i’ll probably get a couple strikes on my account…..i was wondering……..do you have negative feedback forever or does it go away……..also i know that it’s three strikes and then suspension……….is there a form you have to fill out to strike someone and also…..can she strike a third time for no reason or will someone review the information…….so i don’t get a third strike for no reason…….

Yes, a negative feedback is on your account FOREVER. The same person can only affect your account for the better or the worse once. Example: if I bought something from someone more than once (we had more than one transaction with each other) and they left me feedback on each transaction, only the first feedback from the person would count. They could leave feedback a second time for me, but it would not affect my feedback score.

You can get one strike for each transaction. Plus you will have an extremely bad negative score which will cause many sellers and buyers not even to consider to deal with you. SO you most likely get two strikes, with one more banning you from the site.

The feedback would start going away if you get positve feedback from other transactions, but of course, it will be difficult for you to do any more transactions.

There are a lot of people on eBay who abuse the system. Some are actual scammers. Some are people who bollocks up the system by bidding on things they never intend to buy. Ebayers truly appreciate people who keep their word. They are considered honest and good people to do business with.

People who don’t follow up their bids are considered at best flakes and at worst criminals. You have to chose which is better. Not getting these items, breaking the legal agreement and showing yourself as a flake, or going through with the auction and showing that you are an honest person that is good to do business with in the future.

From the attitude you displayed in your question, i think that a service like eBay is not suited to you. You have to be willing to be responsible for what you do.

It never goes away. You will keep the percentage and the negative comments for as long as you maintain that account. You will recieve feedback on all items purchased but you can’t recieve feedback without a transaction. People can refuse to sell items to you and waste their time if you have a bad rating, as well they should since you are not dependable.

what is your ebay name so I can bid block you. not only did you cost the seller fees, someone else who would have wanted the item and paid for it but now because of you they can’t ..Some of us sell on ebay and that is how we earn our living. I think you should give up on your ebay account .. you can’t shop with no money. Good for her for putting the non payment strikes against you. It would have been a different thing if you would have arranged payments or made an attempt but you don’t even want to do that! laziness is what your problem is.
