I am looking on ebay just at a cheap suspension lift 3". What exactly do I need? Just that and the extended pitman arm?

To go up 3" you only need longer springs in the front and an extra leaf in the rear. The stock shocks will work as will the stock pitman arm and track bar.
Depending on how the rear is done you may have to lower the transfer case to get the driveshaft angle right.
