where do I add these pieces lifting my truck?

truck is a dodge dakota 06 I am just going to copy and paste what it is. before reading…..

I wanted to know if those 1.5in rear blocks u bolts stuff…do you add that in the rear suspension or in the body of the truck? (where the bed is) because I was going to also buy the PA 3in body lift…. can I add those together?

    The U-bolt blocks would go between the axle & the leaf springs. A body lift is different, because those parts go between the sheet metal body & the truck frame. And yes, you can mix suspension lifts & body lifts.
