I know why ebay suspended my account. Becuase of failure to pay for an item. I just paid for the item, and I still get the following message, even after paying off my ebay debt, which was only .55

Even after paying off my ebay account for .55, My account if still blocked. WhaT Else do I need to do?
being suspended means you didnt pay for more then 1 item, you got about 3 unpaid bidder strikes on you.
now that you have 3, you have been banned, but you have to contact the people you bought from and didnt pay. one of them holds the key to you getting back onto ebay. once you have resolved an issue, the seller can retract the unpaid bidder strike and you will get your account back.
the seller that you have just paid, you should email them and inform them that you have paid, and could they please remove the unpaid bidder strike.
because they have filed this, they have either relisted the item, or sold it already. meaning that even though you have paid, you may not get your account back, they might just refund your money and then you still banned.
if you are still banned, there is only 1 other way, when you get a new card or your current one expires, you will have to open a new paypal account, a new email address and use that for ebay.
PAY WHEN YOU HAVE WON SOMETHING! other people want the thing that you were bidding on, and not even paying for it once you won it, means not only a sad seller, but people who wanted the item not getting it, and then you potentially loosing your account like you have found out.
You have to PROVE to ebay that the item is now paid. Was it an ebay FEE? Or an actual ITEM?
