I have been doing alot of research on the problems with Ebay. Aside from so many members complianing about high fees, suspensions and shill bidding etc. etc…..

There finally seems to be more awareness to the problem of counterfeits and fake items on ebay.

I’m hoping to hear from people who have bought an item on ebay that you think might be a fake, are you unsure if it is a fake. Have you had a bad experience with Ebay?

I sell perfumes tester, I know testers are meant not to be sold, but there is alot of sellers who sell testers, and i have been selling since last year, this time ebay remove my one tester (GIORGIO ARMANI NIGHT), they said its breaches ebay policy, I have asked many times why they removed, but got same answer (breaches ebay poilicy) I thought maybe i use google pictures thats why this has happend, so I took my own pictures but after a month on the same perfume i got banned with same reason, this time they are’nt replying me what ebay policy i breach. and got Indefinite suspension.
I cant afford suspension this is my half job.
So if I go for another account, what are the points I should be care of.
Please advise me

Thanks , you’re right but atleast ebay should inform me what exact their policy i went against, they just sent me their policy list, and email saying counterfeit items are not allowed, I provided them the letter from supplier that the item I bought were authentic, and same counterfeit emails I received.

It has been two years since my account has been blocked, i made it just to look at items and then it said i bidded on alot of stuff and owe them money (this was 2 years ago), it turns out some person stole my account, luckily i had no credit card on it. I dont want to use it anymore but i logged on just recently and it said i cant permanitely close my account becuase i have been suspended, but that was two years ago! So is the best thing to do is just leave it alone and not bother with it anymore?
