my mountain bike has a fox rear shock that uses a schrader valve to change the pressure in it. The only other valves I know of is the presta valve for tubes and I am not sure if this pump will work with my shock. think it will work?

I’ve bought a Watsonian sidecar on ebay, never driven one before, planning to fit it to a new bonnie for holidays. Any fitting instructions or tips? Do I need to change the bike suspension or gearing?
