My detailed seller ratings is just below the minimum performance standard number to sell items. Sellers are required to maintain a rating of at least 4.1 on each DSR to sell on eBay. Sellers with one or more DSR below 4.1 will be restricted from listing until my dsr improves. How can I improve my dsr if i can’t sell? Or does this suspension last for 30 days ? What should I do to bring my dsr rating back up so i can start selling like hot cakes again

eBay has blocked my account for not paying for an item i payed but my account is still suspended .Please do not redirect me to Ebay’s rules.On the home page under "My eBay at glance " it says

I press Make a one-time payment but then no matter which payment option i press i get "We’re sorry but this feature is for eBay sellers to pay their eBay seller fees."
Please i need instructions not redirecting
As i said i have payed the seller but still nothing i have emailed him but still not answer .
