This is part one of a series of videos that we made while on Ebay Live Help just to get negative feedback removed from my account that was left by a NON PAYING BUYER! Ebay Management has allowed this to happen in order to control the stock values in the company and the consumers are paying the price for their greed. Stock Holders need to get rid of the Golden Parachute holders and protect their investment, in order for it to increase in value. Management is destroying the company to drive down stock values and encourage sell off of large stock holdings so they can purchase them at a lower value and control the company. Users need to close their accounts and get off of the site. Close your Ebay, close your Paypal, close all financial accounts linked to those accounts and get safe. Stock Holders need to take control and get rid of John Donahoe and his greedy business motives. If they are going to regain their interest and increase their stock holdings then they must get rid of John Donahoe. Users need to get safe and leave Sleezebay to make Stock Holders realize that Ebay Administration is motivated by greed and self interest. Ebay Administrators are destroying small businesses for their own greed and MO. They have allowed hackers and scammers to take over the site in order to scare off stock holders and control Wall Street.

I have sold stuff here and there for about 5 years on eBay…too lazy for a garage sale or did not want to drive to Goodwill!

These last two months have been a nightmare for me on eBay! I first wonder how in the world eBay can freeze my Pay Pal account when an item is in dispute that can take weeks to resolve!!! I have committed to buy things from this craft website that is like eBay but you don’t bid and everything is handmade PLUS they use Pay Pal. I also have a store on there too. I was on vacation and I was getting e-mails from buyers with a Pay Pal message "account in suspension contact seller for details." Makes me look good!

I sold a scanner for 0.00 on eBay. I stated that it was given to me, it looks in mint condition (it did), I stated there was no software or USB cable. I again,stated "I" never used but I listed it in used condition. I noted at the bottom contact me for insurance and "item is as is condition." So, I took it to the post office and they packed it with shipping peanuts for me. Plus, I wrapped it in bubble wrap too. So, they buyer tells me it did not work and Canon told him it was from shipping. The buyer told e-Bay it scanned green plus… The scanner was wrapped in a thin piece of bubble wrap (lie #1) and was packaged with plastic grocery bags (lie #2) and it was in a huge box and it was shook around (lie #3). I had to buy a box at the post office for it! So, e-Bay has placed my account in -0.00 and it locked from money going in and going out until I pay this guy. This is on all websites not e-Bay only! If I was going to pay 0.00 for something I would ask the seller if it worked and get it in writing! So, I called e-Bay and asked about seller rights and they got horrible with me on the phone. They told me it was seller fraud what I wrote and they can close my account. Nothing was fraud. Also, those who e-Bay here and there is is an insurance requirement now….e-Bay now wants the seller to buy insurance. That is fine. I just wish I knew it in this case!

Two weeks ago I bought a cell phone case cover for my daughter. It was advertised as new in box. The paint was chipping and the side corner was crack to where it kept coming off the phone. The seller denied it. Filed a claim and e-Bay said my daughter probably did it…not knowing what she was doing putting the cover on! I have a high rating with e-Bay! So, they were found in the right in a situation I am in now. Plus it was her dad that noticed it when he was putting the case cover on and the faults in it and told us it was used.

Plus the same day two weeks ago I sold 2 Lexmark Printers to the same guy. I also sold a Blackberry Tour Phone. The Lexmark guy sent me a message stating he had no e-Bay account. He has stars buy his name and he messaged me back on e-Bay and he has no account. Then the guy that bought my Tour sent me a message and told me he bought an i-Phone instead and did not want the Tour. So, I did a claim dispute on both and when I was talking to e-Bay about the 0 scanner they told me to close out my two other disputes and they did not have to pay and I would get a final listing fee. I have yet to see that. I thought once you committed to buy you were basically obligated too and did not get off the hook that easy.

I was wondering if it is just me? I have several positive ratings too.

What would happen if I closed the credit card (saying I lost mine) get a new one or use a different credit card instead, plus I am moving so I will have a new address? Would Pay Pal catch on? I am scared to do e-Bay. I just need Pay Pal and don’t see how e-Bay has the authority to lock my account with funds still there!!!

Note when I do that, the floating form follows the scrolling. Ebay allows this dangerous coding to be used in all it’s auction listings, and this is only one of the many exploits possible using JS. Others include the redirection scripts, of which there are several variants, where the unsuspecting user is asked to re-sign in to view a listing, or an “about me” page, or any other number of methods. That, IMO, is similar to running a grocery store or a flea market where thieves and pickpockets are waiting in every isle and checkout lane, all while the owner denies they exist, even blaming the victim. I am a Ebay Seller that selles Cell Phone & Aceessories. I don’t use paypal, but a credit card merchant acct. Recently my merchant acct got suspended for 180 days. Caused of suspension? increase of voulme and high risk product. Now, my acct has been suspended for about 2 weeks. In the mean time, I was still selling cell phones because they first told me that it was just a small review, so I thought everything would be okay. I have all the accessories in stock cos I bought them at a close out. But for an actual cell phone, I used a dropper shipper. Now, I have already spent all my lifetime saving to have those cell phone orders shipped out without any money being returned for another 180 days. But I am now out of my savings already. In fact, I am even getting kicked out of my apartment, too, cos I didn’t pay my rent but to ship phones. Now, I still have 40 customer’s order not shipped. They are going crazy at me~ what can I do? Even my bank acct is overdrawn. Am I committing a Fraud?
To people who are answering my question! I did not take people’s money. My Credit Card merchant never released the funds to me. They have the money and won’t return it for another 180 days because they suspended my account. But after they have suspended my merchant acct, I stop recieving money. So I have been shipping goods to my customers without any money depositing to my account. I still have orders that are not shipped – Those customers are going crazy at me. I absolutely have no more saving to ship out their orders.. Unless my dear merchant release some of my money back, but that’s not due for another 6 months… I am so screwed
I signed up for a credit card merchant account, but not Paypal! Many years ago, I was only 18 yrs old. I have sold some of my own Clothes, Nikes, Playstation 2, DVDs and Games using Ebay via Paypal. For no reason in particular, Paypal at that time had suspended my account and had my funds frozen. The information they wanted from me was unobtainable, such as invoices for the merchandise I was selling which was difficult since most of the items were my own personal belongings. So paypal held my funds for 6 months and it was a horrible experience. After this, I decided to use a credit card merchant account instead of going through paypal. To your other question, I have order processed my customer’s order, they have already gone through the checkout system and paid. So after they’ve paid, my merchant should give me the money by depositing to my bank. But since my merchant acct has been suspended, of course the answer is no deposit, "but you still have to ship"
To you next question: Okay, Everything seemed fine, but then I realized that funds were not being deposited from my credit card merchant and I find out yet again that my account is on hold for some time for review (the holdup being due to chargebacks from several customers). Those chargebacks were looked into and I realized that they were from people that had used stolen credit cards. So cell phones were shipped out and chargebacks were done. My merchant concluded me as a high risk account, that’s why they suspended me. (thanks to those fraudulant credit card customers of course)

I have been trying to deal with getting back on after a suspension but they are ridiculous after three months of writing them I’m no farther toward a settlrment then when I started and it came about by a fraud buyer lieing

I received an email (allegedly) from eBay with this in the subject line: FPO NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension -Section 9

The message looks authentic, and it takes me to a non-secure site that also looks authentic to eBay. It then asks me to enter my credit/debit card info, and also asks for my PIN number. The PIN number is what bothered me – I’ve NEVER been asked for that online ever before, and I’m pretty sure this is fraud.

Wow.. It’s Still Scamming After Nearly 6 Days! I thought for sure it would be gone when i woke up this morning – but no such luck! Where is ebay’s TRUST and SAFETY when you need them? They sure are not watching the site! This must be more proof of John Donahoe’s staff cuts. And what about the ebay account owner? Where is this guy? I’m sure he must have been contacted by concerned ebayer’s by now. ebay has also recently started suspending members for posting fraud auctions like this one on their discussion boards. A good friend recently got a permanate bord suspension for posting a link to Ina Steiner’s auctionbytes.com blog. Nothing like ebay shooting the messengers! The member that got suspended from posting on the board was one of their best unpaid helpers who assisted other ebayers with ebay related problems.
