Im planning to buy a 2005 Scion tC off of eBay and I wanted to know what you guys thought heres the page:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320301012068
Its in a salvage yard (me and my brother want to fix it up together) and it says it needs right front suspension work? what does that mean and how much does it cost?
ALSO: we cant find anything on replacement airbags for this model, so if you happen to know anything about prices for the driver, passenger, and driver…leg…air bags that would be great!
THANKS!

Hi everyone
I wonder if someone can help me. It’s my boyfriend’s car and he’s at home with no internet and I’m at work with internet, so he’s telling me what to look for.
He needs a front suspension upper arm for his CRX. I’ve looked on ebay and I can find plenty of these but then it lists the models it’s compatible with and there are loads of different 1988 CRX’s, with different model numbers, DX, Si, VTi etc. It doesn’t say anywhere on any paperwork he has what his is. All it says is Honday Civid CRX, 1.6, 16 valve, dohc. So I don’t want to buy a part that doesn’t fit.
Can anyone help? Do we have any old Honda experts out there?
Thanks in advance

I need to replace a ball joint on the front suspension of my Daewoo Leganza, I was going to buy a ball joint splitter but looking at the new ball joint I’m not sure if i’ll need one as it looks as though the ball joint will be held in by 3 bolts judging from the picture here
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Daewoo-Leganza-97-On-SUSPENSION-Ball-Joint_W0QQitemZ130321825602QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item1e57c93f42
Is this so or are all ball joints pressed?
t’was rivetted in & quite difficult to remove

Hello everyone,
I’ve yet to make a decision on a bike, as I’ve only just begun looking into bikes –but I’ve got some idea as to what I’ll buy. Likely I’m looking at a hardtail (front suspension only), 0.00-0.00.
First question, for a used bike, is front suspension hardtail the best bang for my buck? I can scale back from my 0.00-500.00 in order to get a better bike at a later time — remember, I am a beginner and have little experience in the world of mountain biking.
Second question, I have a dilemma, and it has to do with WHERE I’ll be purchasing my bike. Right now craigslist (local) and pinkbike.com are looking like my best options; however, all things considered, if these are not the best options, I would CONSIDER ebay — but I live in Ottawa, Canada… so the shipping fees to here would be exorbitant… much too much to trifle with. Unless there is a short-fix alternative? Am I doomed to shop local?

Ive seen lots of used full-suspension frame for sale on ebay. Ive been mountain biking off and on on for the past 12 years, and have used a front suspension, and want an inexpensive full suspension. I realize that a used frame can have damage or can be slightly bent. I am wondering if it is difficult to put together all of the components from scratch, derailleur, brakes, ect.. thanks
