Long story short. I sold some items on ebay and then I have tried to withdraw my money to bank account. then my paypal got suspended. I can do nothing for it but just waiting to get my money back after six months. However, due to the suspension of paypal, I was unable to make a payment for ebay (fee of seller), so I just ignore it. However, I received a letter form ebay recently and they are asking me to make a payment by either check or money order. But I’m no longer using both the ebay and paypal account. Am I able to get my money back from paypal account if I didn’t pay for ebay？Please help!!!

My PayPal account was recently suspended because the company is ridicolous. I haven’t been able to use it for a few months, because I can’t appeal the suspension. Don’t ask why, because I don’t know why it was suspended in the first place. But I can’t uplift it.

Now, eBay is saying I need to pay an .89 invoice fee. I tried to pay it, but I can’t because my PayPal account is suspended.

What am I supposed to do?? They said if I wait too much longer I could face late fees.

completed the transfer from my bank account to my paypal account it said "completed" and the status was "unclaimed" however i waited two days for the seller to react then i sent an email asking if there was any problems later i canceled my payment and i was given a refund. i also sent him/her a letter explaining why i had canceled my payment. now, a week later, the seller opened a unpaid item case and i’m scared i’ll get a suspension. and i deleated all my evidence of my transaction except in my paypal which says i paid but then i was given a refunded. i didn’t think the seller would be stupid enough not to understand my letter explaining why i canceled it. please help??

On July 9, 2007 I was suspended from eBay and a week later my Paypal account was limited for some unknown reason. (If you look at the eBay user agreement, that’s when eBay updated it.) I had 100% positive feedback and never did anything wrong. I went through the appeal process to get back my eBay and Paypal account and faxed them all my private documents. They did not appeal my suspension and I could not do anything. During that time, I had about ,000.00 in my Paypal account, and they DID NOT let me withdraw it to my bank account. Paypal said I had to wait 180 days to withdraw my money. So, I gave up on eBay. 180 days later I went to my Paypal account and withdrew my money. I was about 200 dollars short because they said that was the fee. Now I need to try to get back onto eBay with a different identity.

How can I open a new eBay and Paypal account? I cant use someone else because it will require a address and bank account I cant use a fake name because how will I open a bank accoun

OMG, ok… so i got an ebay account and i "committed" to buy something and i went on today to actually pay for the item and it said my account has been "suspended" i commited to buy the item and i have a paypal account. im afraid that it will automatically charge the item i "commited" to buy but didnt pay for yet (because of the suspension) to my paypal account. WILL IT?! help… anybody know the answer for sure?

i recently being suspended by ebay… i like to re-register using my existing paypal account. this are the steps i taken, change my paypal user and address , register for a new ebay account using new address and linking of revised paypal, is that the correct procedure to avoid being detected?
was being flamed by others for my products are rubbish , i have sold 100 of my product and all positive and i am ebay addict freak , its like a drug to me, it thrills me to see "You have sold a new item".

I have been a member of Ebay for quite some time, and hadn’t had any problems with them until now. I had a couple of auctions going this week (Jan. 2007) that I was really excited about, as they were getting very good bids. One of the auctions ended last night, and so I had sent the winner an invoice for the item. I was planning on checking my ebay account this morning to see if I had received any emails from the buyer, or if payment had been made yet. However, when I logged on to my account, I got a message saying my account was suspended for being involved in activities that violate their policy. I’ve never done such a thing, as I always followed the rules on ebay, and had never gotten any complaints or warnings about a possible suspension.
Not only that, but since Ebay is in cahoots with Paypal, my paypal account has been put on limited access. However, the reason that paypal gave me, was different than Ebay’s reason, and both were vague. Now, I’m out of a lot of money..and upset.

I hadn’t received any warnings from ebay, and my feedback score was 100%. I did have a mystery auction on there, that was getting really high bids, but I followed all of the rules to list it. Plus, if that were in violation, then I would have just gotten a message first stating that the particular auction was pulled…I didn’t get such a notice. My paypal account message stated that an ebay member had made one or more "item not as described" or "item not received" complaints, but yet there is not record of it, and I have only had one auction end with the buyer sending me payment so far, and that transaction was completed with + feedback even. They got their item, and I got paid. No complaints as far as I know. Could I have been a victim of a hijacking? Could it be something else? I did have one member threatening me just this weekend..maybe that has something to do with it?

I really want to keep this as short as possible. So here it goes.

I have an account which I’ve owned on ebay for 3 years with 800+ feedback. My account was suspended a month ago due to receiving 3 unpaid item strikes in the past year. the first two where filled at the start of the year, and the third and last one was filled last month, which lead to my account being suspended.

(I don’t want to go into detail regarding WHY they where filled, believe me I have my reasons, not because I was a non-payer. – I ow that thanks all to paypal.)

I stopped chasing ebay because they just didn’t give a shit that my paypal account decided to take a dump on me the 3rd time around which lead for me to "verify" it again, which took more then 2 weeks which is why the 3rd strike was given for non-payment.

The real question here is, does a suspended account for non-paying reopen after some time? Like after a specific time frame has passed, will it reopen again? Or is it for ever… Suspended?

Will it forever be suspended? This is my ebay account we’re talking about, not the paypal account.
