On July 9, 2007 I was suspended from eBay and a week later my Paypal account was limited for some unknown reason. (If you look at the eBay user agreement, that’s when eBay updated it.) I had 100% positive feedback and never did anything wrong. I went through the appeal process to get back my eBay and Paypal account and faxed them all my private documents. They did not appeal my suspension and I could not do anything. During that time, I had about ,000.00 in my Paypal account, and they DID NOT let me withdraw it to my bank account. Paypal said I had to wait 180 days to withdraw my money. So, I gave up on eBay. 180 days later I went to my Paypal account and withdrew my money. I was about 200 dollars short because they said that was the fee. Now I need to try to get back onto eBay with a different identity.

How can I open a new eBay and Paypal account? I cant use someone else because it will require a address and bank account I cant use a fake name because how will I open a bank accoun

Last thursday I received an email from eBay stating that my account was suspended because of association with a suspended user. I have no idea who this user is and I have never allowed any one access to my eBay account. This is through eBay Motors which I have never ever purchased anything from. I have had this account since the late 90’s with 150+ positive feedback. eBay tells me that they cannot discuss specifics of their investigation. I have tried to tell them that they have the wrong person however I get vague emails from them stating that my account will remain closed. Has anyone else had this type of experience with eBay?

This is not from a fake email as I have logged into my eBay account and it tells me that they are sorry to inform me that my account has been suspended…….
