Ebay Management has allowed this to happen in order to control the stock values in the company and the consumers are paying the price for their greed. Stock Holders need to get rid of the Golden Parachute holders and protect their investment, in order for it to increase in value. Management is destroying the company to drive down stock values and encourage sell off of large stock holdings so they can purchase them at a lower value and control the company. Users need to close their accounts and get off of the site. Close your Ebay, close your Paypal, close all financial accounts linked to those accounts and get safe. Stock Holders need to take control and get rid of John Donahoe and his greedy business motives. If they are going to regain their interest and increase their stock holdings then they must get rid of John Donahoe. Users need to get safe and leave Sleezebay to make Stock Holders realize that Ebay Administration is motivated by greed and self interest. Ebay Administrators are destroying small businesses for their own greed and MO. They have allowed hackers and scammers to take over the site in order to scare off stock holders and control Wall Street.

I wanted to know if those 1.5in rear blocks u bolts stuff…do you add that in the rear suspension or in the body of the truck? (where the bed is) because I was going to also buy the PA 3in body lift…. can I add those together?

I have an older rat bike I’m trying to spiff up. Looking for old, out-of-stock items like seats, tanks, lights, suspension, etc, etc. New or used. Anyplace besides a Honda dealership. No luck there.

Assume that ebay suspends 5% of all accounts for whatever reason.

Given: ebay makes all users wait 90 days after account suspention to receive owed money.
During this time, ebay invests this money by purchasing stock in Google.
The purchase price was 0 and the price at day 90, when they sell it is 3.

Question:

1) What is the total amount of suspended money that ebay held at the beginning of all user suspension?
2) What is the total amount of money that ebay had after selling the stock using suspended users’ money?
3) How much "free money" did ebay get in this dishonest way?
4) Assuming a Ferrari F430 costs 5,000; how many Ferraris could Ebay have bought using these stolen goods?
5) Assuming it costs per day per person to feed the population of a poor country, how many poor people could Ebay have fed using this money?

I have received 75 positive feedbacks and 2 negatives. Ebay has just suspended my account because I received 2 neg in a 4 week span. (by the way these neg were UNFAIR ) 1 customer contacted me almost 2 moths after recieving an item, saying he wanted a refund because item was damaged during shipment. I will not refund over 30 days later ESPECIALLY if he didn’t purchase insurance. the other was because an item was sold out. customer left neg out of stock. ALL of my listings say an item can become out of stock at any time.

My question is is there any other website like ebay. I have payed over 00 in seller fees to ebay and they will not lift the suspension. I think this is ridiculous. This is my source of income and I need to find another way to make money.

My main inventory is Authentic Ed Hardy Purses and Worx Power Tools. (and so much more).

Any Ideas?

No "Real" Job For Me

hi i bought a suspension kit on ebay which comes with vogtland springs and kyb gas struts. I was wondering do i have to also get kyb shock mounts or will they be able to fit with my stock ones? it also says coupe on the box i was wondering if i can still use them on my sedan since on the ebay ad it says all models 91 95? please get back to me?

My account was suspended for a reason not given to me or a notice. I have/had an opened store, spent money on advertising, stock, designs, CS support, wholesale accounts, also priceless months doing research for my eBay store on, items, polices listings, stock, insurances, state and federal licenses, and more. I understand that eBay refunded "most" of my fees’ but what about my customers, my business name I’m trying to build, my future, my bills, my children and wife and unborn child? My name is now tainted, the store I had spent so much time in building may never be as it was or could be. EBay has posted my user name as “no longer registered (after I had been registered since 2003) and sent my customers email stating this users name is no longer registered to eBay and my account was being closed for account suspension . I had received a number of questions from customers that had paid for products asking if they’re going to receive their item. I should of never had to do that!!!!!!!!!
EBay cannot insinuate against me without a reason! They never exhausted themselves with the federal due process system. please help
i am giving them 5 business days to respond back or im filing a federal complaint with the us attorny and im gonna sue them. paypal said it was because of some information that needed to be verified on file and it would reactivate it. but is never did.

I am a Ebay Seller that selles Cell Phone & Aceessories. I don’t use paypal, but a credit card merchant acct. Recently my merchant acct got suspended for 180 days. Caused of suspension? increase of voulme and high risk product. Now, my acct has been suspended for about 2 weeks. In the mean time, I was still selling cell phones because they first told me that it was just a small review, so I thought everything would be okay. I have all the accessories in stock cos I bought them at a close out. But for an actual cell phone, I used a dropper shipper. Now, I have already spent all my lifetime saving to have those cell phone orders shipped out without any money being returned for another 180 days. But I am now out of my savings already. In fact, I am even getting kicked out of my apartment, too, cos I didn’t pay my rent but to ship phones. Now, I still have 40 customer’s order not shipped. They are going crazy at me~ what can I do? Even my bank acct is overdrawn. Am I committing a Fraud?
To people who are answering my question! I did not take people’s money. My Credit Card merchant never released the funds to me. They have the money and won’t return it for another 180 days because they suspended my account. I used a drop shipper, so normally once I recieved my customer’s money, I will send it over to my vendor and have them ship out the goods. But after they have suspended my merchant acct, I stop recieving money. So I have been shipping goods to my customers without any money depositing to my account. I was using my lifetime saving to ship to goods out. But now I am so broke & have no more money to ship the items. That’s why I am asking if I have committed a fraud if I can’t ship. Cos my merchant told me that it is my responsibility to have the goods shipped even if my merchant acct is suspended. But I am like "but I have never even recieved any funds from the purchase" Well, I did, I used my savings and shipped until I am now broke. Do I go to jail next?
I still have orders that are not shipped – Those customers are going crazy at me. I absolutely have no more saving to ship out their orders.. Unless my dear merchant release some of my money back, but that’s not due for another 6 months… I am so screwed
I signed up for a credit card merchant account, but not Paypal! Many years ago, I was only 18 yrs old. I have sold some of my own Clothes, Nikes, Playstation 2, DVDs and Games using Ebay via Paypal. For no reason in particular, Paypal at that time had suspended my account and had my funds frozen. The information they wanted from me was unobtainable, such as invoices for the merchandise I was selling which was difficult since most of the items were my own personal belongings. So paypal held my funds for 6 months and it was a horrible experience. After this, I decided to use a credit card merchant account instead of going through paypal. To your other question, I have order processed my customer’s order, they have already gone through the checkout system and paid. So after they’ve paid, my merchant should give me the money by depositing to my bank. But since my merchant acct has been suspended, of course the answer is no deposit, "but you still have to ship"
To you next question: Okay, Everything seemed fine, but then I realized that funds were not being deposited from my credit card merchant and I find out yet again that my account is on hold for some time for review (the holdup being due to chargebacks from several customers). Those chargebacks were looked into and I realized that they were from people that had used stolen credit cards. So cell phones were shipped out and chargebacks were done. My merchant concluded me as a high risk account, that’s why they suspended me. (thanks to those fraudulant credit card customers of course)

No I am not the person who sold you a bad charger. In fact where I come across a defective item, I will replace it for my customer.
