is my ebay account suspension permanent?

READ:
my ebay account was suspended because of several unpaid item strikes, and i have written an email to the trust and safety department asking if my account will ever be reinstated. i bid on several items around the same time, intending to pay, but it was a financial dilemma. i cant appeal my unpaid item strikes because it was my fault for not being able to pay, and personal reasons dont fall into "valid" cases. anyway, now, i have about 9 or 10 unpaid item strikes, all in a short time (i bid on them in one day).

when i realized i couldn’t pay i retracted the ongoing bids and contacted 1 or two sellers, but i still have a bunch of strikes. I can’t change this, but i’m asking for anyone with experience in account suspension, will i ever get my account back? is suspension for not paying permanent, or will i have to wait about 6 months or so for my account to be activated again? is there anyway i can get my account back w/out appealing the strikes?

restrictions are put on certain accounts because unpaid item strikes within the last six months prevent buyers from bidding on items that sellers are cautious about, "im sorry you cant bid on this item because the buyer doesnt allow blah blah six months blah blah." so after six months, the restrictions are lifted, so maybe there’s a similar process with accounts? can anyone who was suspended or has any knowledge of this tell me anything? i havent gotten a reply from trust and safety, and live chat didnt help. please, the sooner the better.

Question Regarding Ebay Account Suspension?

I really want to keep this as short as possible. So here it goes.

I have an account which I’ve owned on ebay for 3 years with 800+ feedback. My account was suspended a month ago due to receiving 3 unpaid item strikes in the past year. the first two where filled at the start of the year, and the third and last one was filled last month, which lead to my account being suspended.

(I don’t want to go into detail regarding WHY they where filled, believe me I have my reasons, not because I was a non-payer. – I ow that thanks all to paypal.)

I stopped chasing ebay because they just didn’t give a shit that my paypal account decided to take a dump on me the 3rd time around which lead for me to "verify" it again, which took more then 2 weeks which is why the 3rd strike was given for non-payment.

The real question here is, does a suspended account for non-paying reopen after some time? Like after a specific time frame has passed, will it reopen again? Or is it for ever… Suspended?
Thanks Tim, but that wasn’t to helpful. The real question is what if any is the time limit on a suspended account?

Will it forever be suspended? This is my ebay account we’re talking about, not the paypal account.

Regards.

(No point in calling Paypal now is there? It’s not like they will care anymore and reopen up my ebay account…)
