People, dont flame @ me over this but I really am in need of urgent help. I am being permanently banned from eBay which literally means my seller account was given a final suspension notice. The people at the ebay support helpdesk was abit kind of some retarded traits incorporated into their nerves that they really dont know what I’am selling was a geniune product.

I really dont want to miss out selling on ebay.
The only way I could open a new ebay account is to grab a new WAN IP Address, (I’am on router)

Please excuse this long explanation. I am an eBay seller who bought something in early July from a man across the country. I’ve twice bought from him over a period of four years. EBay has now decided I am a shill bidder for him. They deleted all my listings! Since I’m a Power Seller, I called the power seller suppoort phone number thinking it could be easily solved. WROMG! They can’t help, "because it’s a trust and safety issue." No phone calls to the T&S department–just email. A reply takes 36-72 hours! I can’t believe they cancelled my listings without asking me first for an explanation. The listings they deleted didn’t even show in my unsold item folder, so all the work has to be repeated. According to their suspension notice, I am permitted to do fixed price listings but not auction style listings for a period of two weeks. Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do? No. The person is not a family member, and no to the unpaid item scheme. This entire situation is unbelievable–the fact that they did it, and that they have no immediate remedy.

I was suspended for 30 days from eBay and I am a seller. It is important for me to get my account back up and running again. I followed the rules of the suspension and responded to the Suspension notice in My Ebay. How long till they respond. It has now been 36 hours?
