I recently bought a citroen xsara 1.4 1999 model. I was hoping to do it up as there is a few small jobs. There is a friend of a neighbors interested in buying it and I was wondering how much I should ask for. There are only a few problems
GOOD POINT
starts and runs well
4 new Tyre’s
smart interior
paint work is good
exhaust is newish
gearbox seems good
BAD POINT
no mot
no tax
rear suspension needs new shocks
rocker valve seal needs replacing
maybe brakes I am not sure

These are all small jobs I wouldnt mind doing myslef. Though I would like to sell the car to buy a one I would like. I was hoping to get around £350 for it as I think it is defiantly worth it. what do you guys think. please note I have seen a perfect condition car of the same model on ebay for £1,200 so I dont want to be robbed by this guy. thanks in advance.

I have a schwinn ditch dh 2.0 and I am buying a a new spring for my rear shock. the current shock is a 950lb per inch shock and it’s way too hard. I looked around ebay for some springs and i found a 650lb per inch shock. would that be sufficient? I am 5ft6in and I weigh around 150lbs. Hi everyone

I wonder if someone can help me. It’s my boyfriend’s car and he’s at home with no internet and I’m at work with internet, so he’s telling me what to look for.

He needs a front suspension upper arm for his CRX. I’ve looked on ebay and I can find plenty of these but then it lists the models it’s compatible with and there are loads of different 1988 CRX’s, with different model numbers, DX, Si, VTi etc. It doesn’t say anywhere on any paperwork he has what his is. All it says is Honday Civid CRX, 1.6, 16 valve, dohc. So I don’t want to buy a part that doesn’t fit.

Can anyone help? Do we have any old Honda experts out there?

Yesterday late afternoon I ordered some suspension shocks of ebay for a Savage ss 4.6 R/C nitro car and the delivery service is royal mail, I was wondering bearing in mind tomorrow is a bank holiday roughly how long should the suspension take to get here also I ordered through a company on ebay!

My ebay account was just indefinitely suspended for violating their policy. Does this mean forever or not? And if it is forever why didnt they just say you are suspended forever. If it’s not forever does anyone know when my account will be reinstated? Thanks in advance!
